Personal Injury

What is Personal Injury Law?  Personal injury occurs where harm is caused to one person because another person or entity failed to use reasonable care.  The law allows the injured person to recover money damages to compensate for the harm caused, including physical and mental harm, earnings losses, loss of earning capacity, medical bills, pain and suffering, and the value of loss of life.   The main goal of personal injury law is  to make the injured party whole again and to discourage others from committing the same offense.
